“If you could live anywhere, you
would live here”

Peninsula Hill gives residents easy access to all that Queenstown is famous for. And then at the end of the day, a peaceful, sun-drenched haven to retreat to.

Close to Lake Whakatipu, Queenstown Golf Club, Deer Park Heights, lakefront tracks and water taxi service, Peninsula Hill makes the dream of an exceptional Queenstown lifestyle a reality. Schools, shopping and a commercial precinct are found at Frankton and Five Mile just 10 minutes away, not far from Queenstown International Airport.

Every community needs a place to gather

Forming the community hub of Peninsula Hill is an architecturally designed Village Hub.

This contemporary hub will provide a place for residents and visitors to enjoy what is a completely unique offering for this end of the Kelvin Peninsula. With its sunny north-facing aspect and relaxed setting, the Village Hub will provide a place to dine, meet and enjoy the views across the Frankton Arm and beyond. Set to be completed in 2026.

Lay of the land

Upon completion, Peninsula Hill will consist of a collection of neighbourhoods sitting within the natural contours of the hill.

Each lot will offer a designated building platform to preserve each owners’ views, space and access. Design guidelines will encourage architectural homes carefully crafted to sit within the landscape and incorporate high quality and natural materials.

A playground of natural wonder. Queenstown is a contrast of exquisite wilderness and a bustling, vibrant township.

Queenstown

With chilly, snowy winters and long, hot, dry summers, Queenstown is well-established as a year-round destination for outdoor pursuits. Snowsports in winter lead to hiking in summer, and mountain biking is popular any time of year. Queenstown boasts a vibrant arts and culture scene and is host to many international events such as the New Zealand Golf Open, Winter Games, Queenstown Marathon and the Motutapu running and bike event. Other highlights include Ride to the Sky and the Gibbston Valley Summer Concerts.

Those lucky enough to live in Queenstown enjoy a lifestyle that provides the ease of global connection and the opportunity to retreat and rejuvenate amongst a sublime landscape. Here, work-life balance is more than an ideal, it is reality.

Deer Park Heights

The iconic rural tourist attraction, Deer Park Heights, opened in 1966 and has gone on to become one of Queenstown’s most-loved attractions.

As far as the Mees were concerned, the breathtaking views from the 834-metre (2,736-foot) summit were too good not to share.

The first deer herd at Deer Park Heights came directly from the wild and were soon joined by a menagerie of animals, including the iconic Highland cows, goats and pigs. Visitors have been enjoying that view - with the animals - for more than five decades.
